Mitchell Glenn Martin, age 61, passed away on July 4, 2014 at his residence in Starkville, Mississippi. He was a retired owner of Quality Carpet Care.

He is survived by his wife Nancy Whitehead Martin of Starkville; parents, Clifford Barnett Martin and wife, Sandy of Ocala, FL; brother, Michael Martin, Ocala, FL; sister, Cheri Brown of Ocala, FL. He was preceded in death by his mother Joyce Allen Martin.

A visitation is scheduled for Sunday, July 6 from 4:00 - 6:00 at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS. A graveside and funeral service will be held at a later date in Lake City, Florida. Burial will follow in the Corinth Cemetery in Lake City, Florida.
