Condolence From: Donna Tarver troop10588 Walls
Condolence: I never had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Gwin. I have been to camp Tik-A-Witha many times, and heard so many wonderful things about her. I especially admire her beginning a camp session for children with disabilities . As a troop leader and a mother of children with special needs this was a vital need that she filled. I want to express my condolances to her family. This amazing lady will be missed by so many.

Condolence: Mrs. Gwin's family,
Fourteen years ago my husband and I moved to Starkville after a long career of teaching in Ocean Springs, MS. We walked into FUMC and chose a pew, we were welcomed by an extremely attractive, elegant lady---Mrs. Gwin. Over the full 14 years we shared that pew, an ever growing friendship, time over a cup of coffee, trips to Bible study and treasured phone calls. What a treasure she has been to so many for so many years. I just thank God that He lead us to chose that pew and to be a small part of a life so well lived. May God grant us all the ability to treasure those memories that help dim the pain of our loss and her gain.
Love and prayers,

Condolence: Elizabeth leaves quite a legacy in our community. Her energy and involvement with so many groups cannot be matched. She will be missed greatly. I knew her reputation and generous giving of self. Personally, I knew her by participating with her in the seniors exercise group at First Presbyterian Church on Mondays and Wednesdays after my retirement. She was a delightful friend. Blessings to all of her family as you grieve her loss and celebrate a life well lived.
