Obituary for Addie Louicille Carpenter Posey
Mrs. Addie Loucille Carpenter Posey, 94, of Starkville, MS, passed away at Starkville Manor Nursing Home on Saturday, November 8, 2014.
She was born in Winona, MS on July 21, 1920. Addie was a retired dental assistant with Stratton Dental Clinic and a member of First Baptist Church of Indianola, MS.
She is survived by her son, Don Posey (Mary Lou) of Starkville, MS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan Carpenter and Addie Bamburg Carpenter.
Graveside services were held on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 3 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Winona, MS.
In lieu of flowers family request memorial donations be made to Starkville Manor Nursing Home, 1001 Hospital Rd., Starkville, MS 39759.
