Condolence From: Carolyn Hughes
Condolence: Dear Jimmy,Laura and Nancy,
What a wonderful legacy your Father left you; still, sorry to hear of his passing. He was one of my Father's (William "Bill" Hughes) best friends from South Mississippi. I remember the Moaks and the Hugheses have family meals together and going to the movies with Jimmy and I sitting together between the two sets of parents. Celebration time for a life well-lived, and a great final reward!

Condolence: Jimmy, Laura and Nancy (and your families), What a wonderful legacy you have in your parents. I have learned more reading about them, especially your dad, than I imagined. Rejoice in their lives and keep close the good
memories. We will not be with you tomorrow for service, but will be with
you in spirit and thought. Prayers of thanksgiving for your parents and of peace and hope as you grieve your loss. Vic and Jane Zitta

Condolence From: Bill & Regina Moak
Condolence: Jimmy, Laura and Nancy,

I am saddened to hear about Uncle James, but at the same time I rejoice with you in the knowledge that he is now with his Lord and Savior. With my own Dad's passing so fresh on my heart, I can truly empathize with how you feel right now. I thought the world of your folks and respected them both immensely. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Condolence From: Roger Clifford Clapp
Condolence: I recall very well that Jim Moak was one of the favorite professors hired by my father, Dean Emeritus Robert T. Clapp. Dr. Moak was a sweet and humble man who knew and exercised his excellent professional credentials and teaching skills without ever showing any self-importance or any hint of arrogance. He and Dad were much alike in this regard, and this somewhat rare combination of qualities served M.S.U. and our country in important ways that are still appreciated by all who remember them. Jim and Eleanor together earned both her quite title of "Sunshine" as they brightened our world and his endearing title of "Prof" as he gently shared his knowledge of forestry, to say nothing about their beautiful example of a loving marriage and a contributing church family. They blessed my parents and so many others. Thanks be to God.
