Obituary for Paul Douglas Baughman
Paul Douglas Baughman, age 63, passed away in Mobile, Alabama on June 30, 2016. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University and worked as a mechanical engineer for General Electric. He served a number of years in the National Guard.
Doug is survived by his wife, Donna Sasser Baughman of Andalusia, AL; son, Brian Baughman of Starkville; daughter, Shelly Kelly and her husband, Davis of Starkville; mother, Katherine Edwards Alford and her husband, Gaylon, of Starkville ; sisters, Gloria Miley of Starkville, and Debra Roberson and her husband, Bill of Starkville; mother-in-law, Opal Sasser of Andalusia, AL; grandchildren, Douglas Kelly, Jillian Kelly, and Madeline Kelly; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Baughman, father-in-law, Clyde Sasser; and grandparents, John Wafer and Nora Edwards.
Visitation is scheduled for July 5 from 10:30 – 12:00 at the Starkville Church of God with the funeral service to follow at 12:00. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Park. Reverend James Wells will conduct the services.
