Sarah Lorene Denson Wax, 92, passed away on February 17, 2017 at Starkville Manor Nursing Home. She was office manager of Town and Country Insurance Agency in Booneville, MS. She loved the 700 Club, American Family Association, her churches, her family, and most importantly she loved her Lord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Dewey Denson and Flora Bell Bennett Denson; husband, John Irvin Wax.

She is survived by her sons, John Denson Wax and wife Sue of Dothan, AL, Charles Larry Wax and wife Nancy of Starkville, MS, and Michael Terry Wax and wife Linda of Gallaway, TN; 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, February 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home. Rev. Dan Robertson and Rev. Ross Robertson will conduct the service. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery.
