Condolence: Dear Barton Girls, Your family and mine go way back. An early memory is of going to your house on N. Jackson St. when I was very young. Your mom was always there and always so kind. I loved her for giving us purple Kool-Aid. I was very young and jealous that you lived so close to the pool. I have always thought of her as such a gentle soul with a twinkle in her eye and that bit of wit. Take comfort that you all were mothered well which was her greatest gift. She raised three strong women, a hard job. Well done, Mrs. Vivian, well done. We will miss you.
Condolence: Gail, Jean and Sonny, we are sorry to hear of Aunt Vivians's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this time of sorrow.
Condolence: Oh sweetie...I am so sorry that you have lost your Mother. She sounds like quite a woman, and you will always miss her. Please know that we send our love and prayers to all who loved her. May God wrap His loving arms around you and give you peace!!!
Condolence: As neighbors on N Jackson for many years, I have fond memories of visits with Mrs Barton and enjoying her beautiful flowers whether visiting or
just taking a walk down the street and seeing them across the street.
She was a lovely lady. Blessings as you grieve your loss, but give thanks
for a wonderful woman. Jane Zitta
Condolence: Gail and family. Holding all of y'all close in my heart these days as you reminisce the beauty your mom gave all of your lives. with affection, I remain yours.
