Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Alice Essig can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Pam & Gaddis Hunt
Condolence: Mrs. Essig was a lovely Christian lady whom we came to know because of poinsettias. She was responsible for ordering the flowers for her church every Christmas. She and Dr. Essig were a blessing to this community.

Condolence: Becky and Steve,

Well I am shocked and saddened, of course, to read this, but I know right where she is, now, and that is a tremendous comfort. Your family meant everything to butch and myself when he was in graduate school, and then on through the years. We go way back together, all of us, don't we. Thinking of y'all with love.
Caroline Withers,
Clinton, Ms

Condolence: I was so sorry to hear about Mrs. Essig's passing. I will always remember her as one of the nicest people I've met. She always had a kind word for me and was so supportive of the School of Human Sciences and MSU.
