Anna Bernadetta Chromiak, born Markiw, beloved mother, sister, cousin, and friend, passed away November 28, 2018 after battling cancer for over three years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Allen Chromiak, and is survived by her son, Joseph; her sister, Theresa Markiw; cousins, Anastasia Gahr and Adrian Staruch; uncles, Longin Staruch and Theophil Staruch; and many loving friends in Millville, NJ, Rhode Island, Alpharetta, GA and for the last 18 years in Starkville, MS, where Anna worked at Mississippi State University.

Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Starkville at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3, preceded by visitation at 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Starkville Bank of Commerce account for Joseph Chromiak Family Trust or to The American Cancer Society.
