Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Arlene Marler can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I loved her so much. I had many a cup of coffee at her table in Natchez. She gave excellent advice and was a spiritual mentor to many of us at Parkway. Please know I love all the Marlers and my prayers are with you all.

Condolence From: James Wilkinson(Wormy)
Condolence: When I finished Co-Lin in 1974, I had to do 7 months clinical training at Jeff Davis hospital in Natchez. Max and I had become good friends while at Co-Lin. Mrs. Marler and Mr. Slick treated me like one of their sons during that time and always thereafter. Having me over for meals many times. I’ll never forget her grace and kindness. Max, Ken, Phil and Brad, so sorry for y’all’s loss.

Condolence: Prayers for the family of Arlene Marler. She and Bob were so instrumental in building Parkway Baptist Church. My mother, Helen, and Arlene enjoyed much time together with the ladies at church and I am glad to know they are now together again. Prayers for comfort and strength to the boys and their families.

Condolence: So very sorry to hear of Ms. Marler’s passing. I met her while doing manicures at Montgomery Gardens. She was such a sweet lady who always has a smile on her face when I saw her. I always enjoyed visiting with her. Prayers for you all during this difficult time!!
