Obituary for Jessie Laverne Fulgham

Jessie Laverne Fulgham, 92, passed away on December 6, 2020 at her residence in Mathiston, MS. She was a member of Double Springs Baptist Church. She loved everybody and dearly loved her family, but especially her grandchildren. She also had a love for cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie Fulgham and Dema Kellum Fulgham; her husband, Marvin "Crease" Fulgham; sisters, Emma Lou Nickels, Stella Mae Blasingame, and Cora Lee Fulgham; and brother, Lonnie Fulgham, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Langford (William) of Eupora, MS, Abbie Jones of Mathiston, MS, and Alecia Arney (Claude) of Ackerman, MS; sons, Jerry Fulgham of Mathiston, MS, Jimmy Fulgham (Debbie) of Caledonia, MS, Ricky Fulgham of Mathiston, MS, and Barry Fulgham (Nancy) of Sturgis, MS; 17 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, December 9, 2020 from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at Double Springs Baptist Church, with the funeral service immediately following. Rev. John Foles will conduct the service. Burial will be in Double Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
