Condolence: I offer my condolences to Ruth and the entire Remy family. I feel blessed that I met this family while a student at The College of Wooster. In particular, Keith was a person to exemplify. He was a family man, a gracious and encouraging person. He was someone to pattern yourself after as a husband and a father. He learned that serving in his community and beyond meant greatness. May the peace of God be upon the Remy family during these difficult days.

Condolence: I was blessed to get to know Keith and Ruth when I was a student at the College of Wooster. Keith is among the finest men I have ever known. He exemplified service above self and unconditional love. I will always remember his distinctive laugh and his wonderful smile. His was a life well lived!

Condolence: I offer my condolences to Ruth and to the rest of the Remy family. I am a long-time member of the First Presbyterian Church, Wooster, where I got to know Keith, Ruth, and their children. Working with Keith on a church project was always a pleasure as he approached a project, not as an assigned task, but as an opportunity to be enjoyed. His smile was ever present.

Sincerely, Roy Haynes

Condolence: I came to the Ohio State University agricultural research station at Wooster in 1974. In my early years as a young faculty member, Keith approached me often about my research on diseases of potatoes and other vegetable crops for his written publications. He was always very friendly and supportive and I appreciated his work. I lost track of Keith after he left Wooster and am pleased to learn of all his good work in Mississippi. Best wishes to the Remy family on their loss of this great man.

Condolence: Ms. Ruth,
I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Keith’s passing. I have many fond memories of you both. I enjoyed visiting with him at church on Sundays and the rare occasions when I visited my mother when she worked for him at MAFES Editorial. He was a kind man who was dedicated to his community. I pray the Lord embrace you and your family during this time and fills you all with the warmth of His love.
