Obituary for Mary Studdard Peets

Mary Studdard Peets
Mary Studdard Peets, 88, passed away on August 25, 2019 at her residence in Starkville, MS. She was a retired supervisor for Mosow Manufacturing. She was the "glue" of the family, raising six children by herself. She was an awesome mother, grandmother and great grandmother as well.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Peets; parents, Thomas and Eppie Studdard; daughter, Debbie McBride; and son, Herbert (Bubba) Palmer.

She is survived by her daughters, Patsy Taylor of Starkville, MS, Carol Cleveland (Steve) of North Carolina and Nancy Lefler of Starkville, MS; son, Jimmy Palmer (Virgie) of Meridian, MS; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

There will be a visitation from 11:00-12:00 on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Welch Funeral Home, with a graveside starting at 4:00 p.m. in Lakeview Gardens in Greenville, MS.

Special thanks goes to her Chateau Maroon family.

Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
