Obituary for Philip Delivorias

Philip Delivorias, 74, passed away on September 24, 2020 at his residence in Starkville, MS. He was an instructor for the Mississippi Law Enforcement Academy for 10 years and later retired from Galloway, Chandler, McKinney Insurance in Starkville. He was also a member of First United Methodist Church in Starkville

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hellen Delivorias; and his parents, George Peter Delivorias and Pauline Phillips Delivorias Hudson.

He is survived by his son, Bradley Delivorias of Starkville, MS; grandsons, Philip and Barron Delivorias of Starkville, MS; special friend, Bettie Echols Cummings of Starkville, MS; and sister, Judi Delivorias Beck of McLean, VA.

There will be a family graveside service scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Garden Park Cemetery in Starkville. Rev. Jim Genesse will conduct the service.

Memorial donations may be made to: Methodist Children's Home or Palmer Home for Children.
