Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Shelia Fulgham can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Shelia Voncille Fulgham

Shelia Voncille Fulgham, 52 of Maben MS, passed away on October 8, 2018 at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville.

Shelia is survived by her husband Billy Fulgham of Maben, MS; daughter, Tiffany Lucas (Alan), of Maben, MS; son, Kori Fulgham of Asheville, NC; sister, Vickie Coggins (Doug) of Sturgis, MS; 2 grandchildren; mother-in-law, Beverly Fulgham of Maben, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS. The Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, October 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Double Springs Baptist Church in Maben, MS, with the burial at the church cemetery. Rev. John Foles will conduct the service.
