Obituary for Terry Leigh Thomas II


Terry Leigh Thomas II, better known as Leigh, has died, welcomed back into the universal embrace of divine love. Beloved son of Terry and Margaret Thomas, and lifelong Starkville resident.

He is survived by his sisters, Susie Ranager and Marty Kuki.

He will be welcomed to the other side not only by his parents and by the best friend whom he lost in high school, but by his childhood dog, Max, and his deeply loved cat, Tara.

He was a graduate of Starkville High School as well as Mississippi State University, and before his retirement some years ago, he was a longtime employee of Pryor Morrow architects of West Point. His death was a result of long-term illness.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 28, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville.
