I know this week is the 1st year anniversary of Mrs. Moates passing. I did my student teaching back in the fall of 1981 at the Vocational College. I was blessed to work under her there. She was the most precious lady and I am so thankful that my college professor, Dr. Faye Bryan, assigned me to student teach under her. She even took me to a craft fair at Miss. State one day when we didn't have a lot of classes. I still remember the wedding gift she gave me-- a pink depression glass vase. Many fond memories! We'll think of you this week.
