Lois Eskridge Jackson, 102, passed away on October 12, 2015 at her residence in Starkville, MS. She was a retired cashier for Mississippi State University Laundry and a member of Meadowview Baptist Church in Starkville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Eskridge and Blossie Pearl Croft Eskridge; husband, T. J. Jackson; son, James W. (Buddy) Jackson; grandson, Ronald K. Michael; and grandson, Joshua Daniel Green.

She is survived by her daughter, Ann Michael (R.D.) of Macon, GA; son, Douglas Jackson of Starkville, MS; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and 15 great great grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Jackson is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2015 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, with the funeral service immediately following in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Jason Green will conduct the service. Burial will be in Craig Springs Cemetery in Sturgis, MS.
