My Deepest Sympathy. It's so difficult to lose a Wife, Mother, Friend you love ever so dearly. I am so sorry you are going through that. I am sure there are so many precious memories that come to mine. Sharing them with family and friends really helps to keep Brenda deep within your heart. But for those times when you may become overwhelmed, when you are alone in your thoughts, when you are sad or hurting or in tears, you can lean on God for help, because God really cares for you. God made this wonderful promise at Isaiah 41:10: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness." How comforting to know that God really cares for you, that God promises to be there for you, to strengthen you, to help you, to hold on to you with his right hand, right when you need him, to carry you until you can stand on your own. Please lean on God, because it really, really helps. I sincerely hope you find these words comforting and they give you the strength and courage you need to make it through this very difficult time.
