Mrs. Haynes was my all-time favorite teacher, and although we lost contact when she moved back to Starkville in 1968, I am glad that we reconnected in 2014. She was a wonderful friend, and I will never forget her. I will forever be grateful for her influence on my life. Thank you, Carmen.
