Having lived just up the street from the old Valentine home on North Jackson St for 40 years, we felt a connection to the Valentine family. We were close to Miss Adelaide in her latter years and always enjoyed seeing Mr. Rush and other family members. We appreciated Rush, also and his services at the MSU post office.
