James Felix Sullivan, 67, passed away on July 25, 2014 at the Covington County Hospital in Collins, MS. He was a technician with Culkin Water in Vicksburg, MS and a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John L. Sullivan and Lovie Inez Whatley; sister, Mildred Burt; and grandparents, Tyman and France McClelland.

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Wagner of Gulport, MS; granddaughters, Whitney Wagner of Biloxi, MS, Treasure Wagner of Ridgeland, MS; five great grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Faye Johnson of Petal, MS; and brothers, Jamie Whatley of Eupora, MS and John Wayne Sullivan of Dallas, GA.

Visitation for Mr. Sullivan is scheduled for Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS. Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, July 27, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Craig Springs Cemetery in Sturgis, MS.
