Condolence From: Gillespie "Lep" Boyd Jr.
Condolence: Leslie & Amanda - It is with a heavy heart that I write this inadequate note. I remember Boyd from 1965 or so, when we both worked for WSSO in Starkville. Boyd moved on to WDAM-TV in 1966 and immediately recommended me for a news reporter job at Channel 7. We worked together there for 3 years. In the year Boyd was editor of the Reflector, He & I rented an old house out at Mayhew, where we roomed together along with 2 others for a couple of years. I will miss him, and am thinking of you in this sad time!
