Condolence: Belated condolences. I was fortunate to have had a class under him. A great experience as helped me when I subsequently taught statistics myself.

Condolence: I remember welcoming James and his family to Starkville when I was the City Goodwill Hostess. He always had a great smile whenever I would see him at Kroger or the Wellness Connection. I remember him wearing a broad brimmed straw hat. How Marion loved working in their yard. She was also in the DAR with me and worked diligently on committees. Thomas was at Starkville High School with our daughter Ann Stoppel Ross. Sending prayers to his family. God Bless each of you.

Condolence: Marion and family. I am sorry to hear the news of your loved one. If only I were near so that I could express my sympathy to you in person, but I am currently at my part-time residence in North Carolina - not at my South Montgomery home.
May the special memories of him became more precious with the passage of time and slowly may the healing begin. With love and sincere sympathy, Joyce Giglioni

Condolence: I was saddened to see the obituary for Jim. I was in the computer center and computer science department when Jim came to MSU. Since our time there, I have enjoyed visits with Jim at baseball games and Kroger and where ever we ran into each other. I last visited with him soon after they had moved to the place out on South Montgomery. He was a fine and interesting man and I will miss knowing that he is around.

Condolence: Miss Marion and family, don't know if you remember me. You have been such a big help to my mom Betty Duncan. I'm so very sorry to read about your husband's and father's death. May the God of all comfort surround you in the days ahead and give you peace. Will be praying for you.
