Ms. Caroline and family, Joey was a special person. I have no doubt that you have heard this many times over the last few days. He may have been the most special, sweetest person I ever met. I will miss him so much, right alongside each of you. I often wondered at how everyone of you worked so hard together to take care of him. He loved every one of you so much. And he knew that each of you loved him. I will never forget this man with the goofy smile, and the things he loved to say. My favorite is probably "Don't do anything stupid!" He must have asked me "Are you sure?" a million times! No matter how he felt, he always wanted to know how I was doing, and what I had been up to, and if I was working too hard. I'll never forget how he told me, on several occasions, that, if he were my boss, I would never have to work, and I would still get paid! I will never, ever forget Joey, or any of you. I am very fortunate to have been able to share part of Joey's life with you.
