Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Melville Gilmer Parker can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear Fay, John and family,
We've enjoyed having Mel and Fay as members of Plantation Homes neighborhood. Fay you certainly added years to Mel's life with your loving care. We remember when you provided the lawn for our annual Labor Day Neighborhood picnic. We've moved to York, PA to be 20 minutes from our daughter Ann and family. After 44 years it was hard to leave the neighborhood and Starkville. Sorry we aren't still there to offer our condolences in person. May God Bless each of you.
