Condolences

Condolence From: John Scales and the Scales Family
Condolence: Bill and Shirley Richter were very close family friends. Bill officiated over our weddings, baptisms and funerals spanning several generations in Starkville, MS. Shirley's support of her husband and the Church events was everlasting. It was Shirley who helped our family plan for and made sure the ceremonies ran like clockwork, Their son Jim Richter is a good friend and like his parents was always a part of our family events. Our sympathies and prayers are with Jim and Kipp.
