"That's My Favorite..."

Wyatt is one of the sweetest kids I know. His smile just lights up the room as well as his personality. Whenever he would come to our house for the weekend, everything I cooked was "his favorite" food. He would always give you that special hug and would play with the toys looking for the ones that were "his favorite". Between coloring for me the most awesome pictures, drawing beautiful flowers and rainbows, picking the most colorful flower weeds for me, watching "his favorite" TV cartoons, "swimming" in our bathtub, riding his cousin Kaleb's scooter, answering Bible questions, wanting to go to church, helping me with housework and playing with my dog, Louie, "his favorite" time was playing with his brother, Max hours upon hours. He loved Max more than any other person. He protected him, loved him, helped him, praised him and even let him win. Wyatt is one grandchild I know Heaven is enjoying. He loved Jesus and knew all about Him. We read Bible Stories and talked about them together. He wanted to know more and more. Everyone at Fellowship Baptist Church adored him as well as Max. The halls of that church will not be the same without him walking with his brother, participating in VBS, playing on the playground and sitting with me during choir practice. He loved sitting in the Youth section with his cousin Karlee and eating breakfast in the fellowship hall with her. She took care of him many times while we were at work during the summer. She "let" him stay in her room and paint with her pens. She adored and loved both of these boys like they were hers. With all the love and attention he could get, Wyatt was always needing a hug or two, or three. He was a good snuggler in the cold months. He would call me just to say "I love you, Granny". Yep, we will miss him greatly and I know Max and his parents will also, but we look forward to the day when we can ask him questions about Jesus. He knows first hand all the answers to the mysteries of life and why things happen the way they do. Wyatt and Max will forever be a team of brothers, even though they are not together at this time. My heart has 8 wonderful years of memories and it is impossible to put them down on here, but just know he will never be forgotten and will always be cherished. Love and miss you, Granny and Pops
