I came to know Dr. Hall in the 1970's as both a student leader and then a student affairs employee at MSU. I consider him a role model and mentor...he probably influenced my life and career as much as anyone other than my own parents. His professionalism, humor, kindness and empathy are attributes I admired and have tried to emulate. MSU is a better place because of his service, and I am privileged to have know him.
