The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Davis Hartness, Sr. can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

My condolences to the family of Mr Hartness. I’m so sorry for your loss. I know this is a very difficult time for the family, but know that others care. Most important God cares. He tells us to “ throw all our anxieties upon him, because he cares for you.” He is also the “God of all comfort.” (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) May he comfort you through caring friends, warm memories, and moments of peace.
