Mrs. Gwin's family, Fourteen years ago my husband and I moved to Starkville after a long career of teaching in Ocean Springs, MS. We walked into FUMC and chose a pew, we were welcomed by an extremely attractive, elegant lady---Mrs. Gwin. Over the full 14 years we shared that pew, an ever growing friendship, time over a cup of coffee, trips to Bible study and treasured phone calls. What a treasure she has been to so many for so many years. I just thank God that He lead us to chose that pew and to be a small part of a life so well lived. May God grant us all the ability to treasure those memories that help dim the pain of our loss and her gain. Love and prayers,
