I never had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Gwin. I have been to camp Tik-A-Witha many times, and heard so many wonderful things about her. I especially admire her beginning a camp session for children with disabilities . As a troop leader and a mother of children with special needs this was a vital need that she filled. I want to express my condolances to her family. This amazing lady will be missed by so many.
